Ann Ann believes Pilates should be accessible for everyone from people with chronic back pain to elite athletes. Ann is one of only a few Pilates teachers qualified to ‘level 4’.
In order to attain this advanced qualification a teacher must demonstrate advanced knowledge and skill to assess and develop specific programmes for a broad range of clients.

Chris continues to work part-time in the NHS and incorporates her knowledge and experience into her Pilates teaching.
Chris believes that Pilates can be tailored to suit most people’s individual needs, improving body awareness, posture and flexibility as well as improving balance.
She is a firm believer that Pilates is an effective and appropriate form of
exercise for people in later life and runs specialist groups for older people.

Caroline believes that a mindful approach to movement offers tremendous benefits for everyone, whatever age or level of fitness. Having trained with both Slings Myofascial Training® and Stretch Therapy™ Caroline’s classes incorporate exercises for increased fascial tone and strength as well as stretches to facilitate movement. She is also a Nordic Walking and Fitness Instructor - a fitness technique that complements Pilates perfectly, focussing on good posture whilst adding the aerobic component necessary for good health.

Pippa integrates her physiotherapy knowledge and experience into all her Pilates work.
She is passionate about the physical and mental health benefits of learning how to correct our alignment and strengthen our core muscles in order to stand and sit tall, move well and feel good. She feels these are key components for health and central elements Pilates can help with. She thoroughly enjoys working with a wide variety of clients to help them gain the results they hope for.

“ I am really enjoying the Pilates sessions. I am definitely feeling the benefits, particularly helping with posture and neck and shoulder tension. The pace of teaching is just right and the exercises broken down to achievable starting points for me. I find the teaching demonstrations and explanations are very good with simple tips to help me achieve the correct movements.
